What if I were to tell you that many of the unhealthy core beliefs you’re trying to purge are ingrained in your DNA from generations of trauma compounded?
That perhaps some of these looping negative thoughts and limiting beliefs, harmful coping mechanisms and defeatist mindsets are actually the inheritance from your ancestors?
What if one of the biggest reasons we’ve incarnated at this time, with the support of all of our ancestors, is to undo these cracks and fissures in our energetic DNA?
It seems like SUCH are arduous process to accomplish on our own. But we often forget how much support we have to get it done.
At some point in the history, something happened that caused a knot. And it’s up to us, and acknowledging the Divine support of our team, to untangle that.
We are meant for more.
We are meant for so much more.
We are meant to receive, to truly live, to experience the full abundance of blessings that even our ancestors did not get the privilege to.
We have the immense responsibility and we have the immense support in this endeavour.
But we must cocreate with it.
We must be active participants in this undoing.
Through mindfulness, self mastery, neuroplasticity, faith, and ascension.
We are on the brink of a new cycle as we go into Nowruz/Navrose/Aries season/Equinox/Spring/Persian New Year/Imbolc.
But this cycle is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before. This is a time of Karmic balancing, rewards, harvest.
We are stepping forward with all of the wisdom and none of the BS from our pasts.
We are taking ownership of our vibration, mindsets, and manifestations.
Our faith and connections to God, our ancestors, our guides, our soul families-are stronger and richer than ever.
The past will not repeat. Nothing is as it once was. We are free of the curses and wounds imbedded in the strands of our DNA.
There is nothing to fear. We are free.
And it’s up to us to maintain this and not slide back consciously to the way we were so comfortably uncomfortable.
We rewrite that story now.
Affirm it so.
I AM FREE.
